Marietta Yellow DS-1205 Form (10 Business Day Letter of Appeal)

While it is one of the most familiar expressions in our society, the age old saying “driving is a privilege, not a right” can quickly turn ominous if you are charged with driving under the influence (DUI) in Marietta.
